Backup Contract

PC-Hëllef offers you a contract to back up your data from Apple products (iMac, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro), which is created on an external hard drive at your place using the Time Machine function.

This backup is stored at PC-Hëllef for as long as the contract is valid. During this period of the existing contract, the customer is allowed to retrieve the backup at any time and it will then be uploaded to a hard drive submitted by the customer.

After expiration or termination of the contract, the backup will be deleted on the following day in accordance with the RGPD Data Protection Act. Each contract is recreated and is not considered as an extension of an expired contract. This prevents the storage of several backups of an Apple product at the same time, which PC-Hëllef does not offer.

Each backup made every 3 months replaces the previous backup like the Time Machine function is developed for. The current backup will always be kept and stored until the contract ends.

1 TB (private M)       /  1600.-€ TTC

1TB (private L)         /  2350.-€ TTC
